SIC LIFE CO. LTD; Ghana’s leading Life Insurance company has joined the rest of the world to celebrate the 2019 Customer Service Week. The Customer Service Week celebrated globally in the first full week in October is to highlight the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. 

Taking inspiration from the Global theme ‘The Magic of Service,’ SIC Life has dedicated Monday October 7, 2019 to Friday October 11, 2019 to appreciate its policy holders and prospective walk-in clients.  The 2019 Customer Service Week’s theme ‘The Magic of Service’ recognizes that good service is magical. It can turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied long term customer. It can turn an occasional customer into a repeat customer. And it can turn any customer into your biggest fan and advocate

The Head of Policy Administration at SIC Life Mrs. Nancy Adusei explains ‘the main essence is to celebrate customers; take feedback from you whenever you walk into any of our offices.’ 

She further encouraged all clients to visit any of the SIC LIFE branch offices to have a feel of a ‘Diamond Rated Experience.’ During this period, walk-in clients get to walk away with gifts ranging from branded souvenirs, beverages, confectionaries amongst other items coupled with other premium services. 

Staffs of SIC Life who also double as internal clients will mark the week by dressing in different themed costumes and climax on Friday by adorning the colourful SIC Life Friday cloth. Photos of these moments will be updated on the company’s Facebook and Twitter platforms @SIC LIFE.
