The Association of Insurance Supervisory Authorities of Developing Countries (AISADC) / Association of Insurers and Reinsurers of Developing Countries (AIRDC) has elected Elizabeth Wyns-Dogbe as Vice President of the association for the period 2018 to 2020.

The elections were held at the last 21st AISADC/AIRDC Biennial Conference in Kathmandu, Nepal recently. By the structure of the association, it means Elizabeth Wyns-Dogbe is also the president elect, and will assume office of the President of the body when Ghana hosts the meeting in 2020.

Mrs. Elizabeth Wyns-Dogbe is the Managing Director of SIC Life Company Limited. In her acceptance speech, Mrs. Wyns-Dogbe thanked the Board of Trustees and the entire members of the AIRDC for the honour and trust reposed on her and Ghana to hold the next conference. She urged members to endeavor to come to Ghana to experience the peace and Ghanaian hospitality.

Mrs. Wyns-Dogbe is a Chartered Insurer and has also practiced insurance broking.
